Pack Requirements
  1. Depends on a Resource Pack
All the information in the description concerns the latest released version of the data pack.
In the download link you will find all the released versions of the data pack.
The resource pack on which this data pack depends is in the download link divided by version.

# Intro:
This is a small project I started after seeing it in a video. I think I have searched for every possible bug testing it for like 3 hours, but in case you found something that doesn't work properly let me know so I can fix it.

I really hope you all will appreciate and enjoy my work!

I would appreciate a lot as support from you, to leave a like and maybe even a subscription to my YouTube channel, there you can also find a showcase video that explain how the data pack works, what you can do and how. Thank you very much!

# How it works:
Once installed you will get the fellow villager spawn egg. Spawn him and he will start following you everywhere you go.

Don't let him die or you will die too for loneliness. When he will get hurt a message will appear in chat to alert you. To cure him just right-click him with a golden food. You can also give him the same way every type of armor and also the totem of undying to stay more secure (trust me he die a lot of times, he is a really dumb friend).

With the command /trigger s9.fv.settings command you can open the chat menu, in the "stats section" you can take back the items assigned to the villager, the "toggleable settings" section as the name say let you toggle some settings and the "data pack features" is a section with almost all the functionality of the data pack described, this way you can resolve your doubt about the pack in-game without need to wait for me to answer (in the case you write me for them).

If you want to learn more or see it in action you can check out the showcase video.

# Other INFO:
With the command /trigger s9.datapack you can open a chat menu with a list of all my data packs. Clicking on the data pack name will open the settings of that data pack and the uninstall button next to it will let you uninstall without remembering the uninstall function path. The two commands at the end of the menu can be used only if cheat are enabled, the first one is used to update the list in case some data pack will display doubled (this happen when you type /reload in chat) and the second is a command to store the gamemode you are playing in (ssurvival/multiplayer), I added that command simply because if one of mine resource pack is not installed the gamemode stored is falsed, this data pack doesn't use that function so you can avoid to consider that.

# General INFO:
➥ When in creative mode item given to the fellow villager are not removed from the player hand.
➥ Theoretically other data packs should not interfere with this one. In case let me know.
➥ I have never used plugins or mods and I don't know how they works, so if happens that some of those cause problems probably I don't know how to resolve them.

# How to install:
Passage 2 is only for windows, I don't know the Minecraft folder location or how to get there for Mac or Linux so you will have to search for some videos on YT.

DATAPACK:

1. Download the datapack from one of my download links.
2. Press windows key + R to open the "RUN" box and type in it: %appdata%\.minecraft\saves
3.
Open your world folder.
4. Open the folder "datapacks".
5. If there is already an old version of the datapack delete it before install the new one, then copy in it the new datapack zip file or folder.

RESOURCEPACK:
1. Download the resourcepack from one of my download links.
2. Press windows key + R to open the "RUN" box and type in it: %appdata%\.minecraft\resourcepacks
3.
Open your world folder.
4. If there is already an old version of the resourcepack delete it before install the new one, then copy in it the new resourcepack zip file or folder.

Final Check:
Datapack and resourcepack are now installed.

Be sure to enable the resourcepack in-game. If some texture are missing try moving the resourcepack at the top of the list, in this case probably there are some incompatibilities with other resourcepack.

To check if it works properly open the world in-game and type /reload in chat. If the datapack is installed correctly a colored message will appear in chat with the name of the datapack.

# Important commands:
Uninstall:
/function solda9:uninstall/fellow_villager

If you don't see the trigger command:
