  • Added the following advancements: “Nerds Never Die”, “And make it double!”, “Living Dummy”, “Built on Sand, Set in Stone”, “Hot Chocolate”, “Silence of the Lambs”, “It’s High Noon”, “Spleaf”, “There it goes…”, “Unending Hell”.
  • Added trophies to the following advancements: “Nerds Never Die”, “Unending Hell”, “Master Miner”.

  • Changed the team scoreboards to not run the team_update function every time an advancement is gained, and instead to just manually increase by 1. This will make it so that team scores will not display an inaccurate value if some players on a team go offline.

  • Moved the elytra reward from “Uh, Houston? We have a problem” to “Ad Astra”, and made it so that the elytra is only awarded if you have already completed “Sky’s the Limit”. To prevent players from missing out, players that complete “Sky’s the Limit” with “Ad Astra” already completed will be awarded with the extra elytra.

  • “Heart of Darkness” now only triggers if both the block the player is standing in and the block above it are both light-level 0. This fixes it triggering if you step on a non-full block such as Soul Sand or Mud.

1.14.1 Patch
  • Fixed “The Point of No Return” triggering in any dimension when it is meant to only work in The End.
  • Fixed “From Whence It Came!” triggering when entering a Ruined Portal in any dimension.
  • “Rock Bottom” can now trigger if you dig down to the bottom of the Nether again. It also now no longer triggers in the End.
  • “Event Horizon” should now trigger again when returning from the void.
  • Fixed “Bottom to Top” technically triggering when placing the blocks above y-level 319 in any dimension when it is meant to only work in the Overworld (though without a datapack or mod that adds or modifies other dimensions, this couldn’t happen).
  • Fixed it being impossible to complete “Bottom to Top” as the Sculk component wouldn’t trigger unless it was placed in a dimension named “minecraft:sculk” (which doesn’t exist… yet).
  • Fixed the Super Challenges tab unlocking if you go further than 750 blocks from the origin along any axis.

  • Added a setting that toggles this gamerule to true, but doing so will turn off all custom messages. Turning any custom messages on will set this gamerule to false. This is mostly designed for servers that use plugins such as DiscordSRV which draw from the vanilla advancement messages.
  • Moved the preset options in the Advancement Completion Message Settings to their own menu, as this menu was getting too long.
  • The Ender Dragon is now required as part of “Master Shieldsman.”
  • “Getting Wood”, “A Good Start” and “Stem Research” can now be obtained when receiving stripped logs, wood/hyphae, or stripped wood/hyphae. However, rewards are still only the log or stem of whatever type you received.
  • Fixed receiving “Getting Wood”, “A Good Start” or “Stem Research” in Cooperative Mode causing you to get every type of wood item reward from it at once.

-- “Team First Advancements” (bac_advfirst_sum). This lists every team, and adds up the first advancements score of every member in each team, summing up the bac_advfirst scoreboard.
-- “First Advancements in Team” (bac_advfirst_team). This lists every player, and counts how many advancements they were the first to get out of everyone on their team.
-- “Team Advancements” (bac_advfirst_team_sum). This lists every team, and adds up how many unique advancements have been obtained by every member in that team, summing up the bac_advfirst_team scoreboard. For example, if Alex and Steve are on Blue team and both have 100 advancements, but 50 of them are advancements they both got, Blue team would be listed as 150. This is best used in team cooperative mode.

  • In the config menu, added all of the new scoreboards related to team scores to the Advancement Scoreboard Display Settings.
  • Reworked the Advancement Scoreboard Display Settings so that each scoreboard type is only listed once, but selecting one then brings you to a menu allowing you to choose which option to display it under (either sidebar, list or belowName).
  • The clear scoreboard option also is now listed three times, one for each option.

  • Moved the Update Score and Grant Trophies buttons to a new menu named the “Technical Settings”. To this menu some warnings around the use of these buttons have been added.
  • The following buttons have been added:
-- A button for refreshing team scores.
-- A button for refreshing Cooperative Mode advancement sharing amongst everyone online. It only appears when you are using either type of cooperative mode.
-- A button for resetting the bac_obtained scoreboards. This makes it so that, when using either type of cooperative mode, every advancement will no longer be registered as completed, even if other players already have obtained them. A warning comes up upon pressing this button.
-- A button for hard-resetting all advancements on a player, including scores. When you press this button a warning comes up, followed by an option to choose to either reset your own advancements, the advancements of the closest player to you, or every player currently online.

  • Advancements that can be obtained in spectator mode (such as advancements for finding certain structures or biomes) can now no longer be obtained by them.
  • Fixed “Overpopulation” being unobtainable due to requiring a mule as a parent in a breeding operation. It now requires a Horse, Donkey and Mule as a child.
  • Changed “Artillery”, “Rocketman” and “Immortal” so that they now use the inventory_changed trigger instead of location for performance.
  • Waxed Oxidized Cut Copper Stairs are now required for “Ah, My Old Enemy…” and now trigger “Stairs? NOOOOO!”.
  • Waxed Oxidized Cut Copper Slabs are now required for “Slabs For Days” and now trigger “Cut In Half”.
  • Fixed the trophy for “Your Legs Must Be Tired” having “Did you just run across Earth?” listed in its tooltip.
  • Added support for the Terralith version.
  • Fixed “I don’t like sand…” not triggering if you obtain Red Sand instead of regular Sand.
  • Fixed “Sly Copper: The Copper Heist” having cut copper blocks, slabs and stairs listed twice in the requirements, but not having waxed cut copper blocks, slabs or stairs listed at all.
  • Removed the Jungle Log reward from “The Mighty Jungle”.
  • Removed the Blaze Rod reward from “The Nether’s Shield”.
  • Nerfed the rewards for “Pig Training”, “Snout 500” and “Lightning McPig”, reducing the raw porkchops given from 8, 24 and 64 to 3, 8 and 24 respectively. Also removed the saddle given by “Pig Training” and reduced the carrots given by “Snout 500” from 24 to 16.
  • Nerfed the rewards for “Horse Training”, “Sheriff Firearm” and “Scourge of the West”, reducing the leather given from 8, 24 and 64 to 3, 8 and 24 respectively. Also changed the diamond horse armor given by “Scourge of the West” to a saddle.
  • Fixed “Natural Sprinter”, “Marathon” and “Your legs must be tired” giving the wrong amounts of experience - instead of 500, 50 and 200 they now properly give 50, 200 and 500 respectively.
  • Fixed the “Classic Pocket Edition Block” advancement being written as “classy_pocket_edition_block” in its function file, resulting in its message not being printed in chat and not incrementing the First Advancements scoreboard.
  • Fixed the “Powder-full” advancement not having a message in chat upon being granted.
  • Fixed the message for “Global Railway Network” having the incorrect description if you mouse over its name (should say 50km instead of 100km).
  • Fixed the message for “Blackout” having the incorrect tab listed if you mouse over its name.
  • Fixed the item reward message for “Sponge Miner” saying it gives 4 Sponges when it actually gives 8.
  • Change the trophy obtained from “For you, my sweet” so that its advancement label is green, not light purple.
